After a long and fun day of walking (and walking, and walking) all over the Strip in Vegas, a pizza and a beer sounded like the perfect lunch.
After a bit of searching in the Aria (seriously, there are no signs for this place anywhere), we found Five50 Pizza near the back of the hotel on the main floor by the sports betting area. It was worth the search.
We chose to sit at the bar for just a slice of pizza – but we ended up ordering from the main menu. We thought it was a small pizza for two – but a large (and very delicious) pizza was plopped down in front of us! Be warned, large slices and large portions here!
We chose the Gotham pizza (pepperoni, sausage and salami). The crust was thin and crispy, the meat on the pizza was crunchy and seared, the sauce was a simple fresh tomato and there was loads of greasy cheese.
Five50 also has a really large selection of artisanal beers, and that was a great way to unwind after a tiring day. We had a great unwind lunch here.
