I was driving to Penticton with my friend Emma this summer and she downloaded a whole bunch of TED Talks to her iPad for the trip. I’ve never bothered to watch a TED Talk before this so I was a little hesitant about watching them. That went away pretty quickly. The one that Emma picked were pretty cool. Dan Barber’s “How I Fell in Love with a Fish” struck a chord with me. The man can tell a story. It helps that his story is very interesting. Take a look and tell me what you think of Dan and his ideas about the food we eat and how we get it.
