Living with an amateur gourmet chef has many advantages … Like coming home on a Monday night to fancy mini sliders and Mojitos!
I love Dave’s sliders. This time around he had two options. One with goat cheese Brie, bacon and apple chutney. One with applewood cheddar, bacon and barbecue sauce. The cheddar was my favourite, but we loved the goat cheese Brie (very soft and delicious).
Dave also makes a damn good Mojito! He uses sugar, limes, mint, dark rum and lemon san pelligrino… Yummy!
