After walking for a few hours, I started to get a blister on the back of my ankle (happens to me a lot, so I am usually prepared). As we walked out of the Tokyo Hands departments store in Shinjuku, I sat down to look for the bandaids in my purse (soon realizing they were in the hotel). Before I could say anything to Dave, a lovely lady came up to me and handed me several of her own bandaids! She was like an angel that appeared from the crowd to help me in my moment of need.
So far, in less than 24 hours, we have been impressed by how nice and helpful people are. And then, this. Seriously, wow!
