This is one of my absolute favourite spices. I’m a sucker for anything that’s been smoked and this is no exception. Much like Frank’s Red Hot… I put this shit on everything. It’s a vital component of my meat seasoning mix. It gives the food a lovely smokey flavour that makes me think I cooked it in a wood fired oven. It’s also fantastic in a tomato sauce.

I usually grab a knife to scoop out some smoked paprika and gently tap it to dust the spice on meat or sauces.
