Victoria is a truly tourist-friendly destination. If you stay anywhere near the downtown or inner harbour, you can really walk to any of those areas in about 15 minutes.
There is so much to see packed into a really small area – local coffee shops, Chinatown, lower Johnson for interesting boutiques, Fort Street for antique row, lots of shops on Government and Douglas and the beauty of the inner harbour (with great restaurants everywhere downtown). I had a great time just wandering and exploring (even though it was raining most of the time)! If you are visiting Victoria, just take some time to check out the area and get a little lost.
Here are a few of my favourite pics.
